WENSAZ
Privacy Policy
Your information should create value for you — not uncertainty.
This Privacy Policy explains how WENSAZ collects, uses, processes, retains and protects personal information through the WENSAZ website, business enquiry and consultation forms, WENSAZ Community enrolment, and related digital services.
It also explains our approach to website analytics, marketing attribution, visitor consent and privacy preferences.
This Policy reflects the planned development of the WENSAZ Organisation Operating System (WOS), including WOS CRM, and the future evolution of WENSAZ Community into a professional networking platform.
WENSAZ Community enrolment is currently supported through an online application process. Information voluntarily submitted through the Community Join form is securely transmitted to WENSAZ's designated information-management system and stored for enrolment administration, communication, application review and related Community activities.
Submitted information is accessible only to authorised personnel through controlled administrative access and is not automatically made publicly visible.
Responsible organisation
WENSAZ Business Systems™ is currently a business brand operated by Fawens Ecom Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. Separate corporate registration for WENSAZ is in progress.
Fawens Ecom Private Limited is presently responsible for the processing of personal information through the WENSAZ website and associated services. References to “WENSAZ,” “we,” “us” and “our” in this Policy refer to the WENSAZ business operated by Fawens Ecom Private Limited.
1. Information we may collect
Depending on the service or form used, WENSAZ may collect the following categories of information.
Identity and contact information
Name, email address, mobile number, city, location and other information voluntarily provided through enquiry, consultation or registration forms.
Professional and business information
Professional role, organisation or business name, business requirements, professional profile URLs, interested services and information voluntarily provided during business communications.
Community participation information
Community member category, professional interests, networking preferences, collaboration interests, investment or founder-connection interests, participation preferences, events, discussions and areas in which members wish to contribute.
Technical and operational information
Information necessary for website operation, security and service delivery may include IP addresses, device and browser characteristics, operating system details, access logs, request information and essential technical identifiers.
Website analytics information
Where a visitor has actively consented to optional analytics, WENSAZ may collect information through Google Analytics 4, including page views, navigation activity, selected engagement events, approximate geographic information and successful enquiry-conversion events.
Marketing attribution information
With applicable consent, WENSAZ may record approved campaign identifiers, referral origin, landing-page information and standard marketing attribution parameters to understand how visitors discover our services.
We do not intentionally transmit submitted names, email addresses, telephone numbers, enquiry messages or other directly identifying form details to Google Analytics.
2. Why we collect information
Information may be used to:
- Respond to business enquiries, consultation requests and service-related communications.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant WENSAZ services.
- Manage customer relationships, follow-up activities and business opportunities.
- Process WENSAZ Community enrolment and participation.
- Prepare Community member profiles and understand professional interests.
- Facilitate relevant networking, collaboration and professional opportunities.
- Communicate service information, administrative updates and relevant participation opportunities.
- Improve the functionality, accessibility, reliability and security of WENSAZ digital services.
- Measure website engagement and marketing effectiveness where appropriate analytics consent has been obtained.
- Maintain operational records and meet applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support future development of WOS, WOS CRM and WENSAZ Community.
Information will be processed for appropriate purposes and in accordance with applicable requirements.
Submitting a business enquiry does not automatically constitute consent to unrelated promotional communications or optional website analytics.
3. Future WENSAZ Community platform
WENSAZ Community is planned to evolve into a professional networking application.
Information submitted through the WENSAZ Community Join process is currently recorded and managed through WENSAZ's secure interim enquiry-management system.
This information may include identity and contact details, professional information, Community membership interests, collaboration preferences and other information voluntarily provided through the enrolment form.
WENSAZ may use this information to review applications, communicate with applicants, manage enrolment status and prepare for future Community participation.
Applicants may receive automated acknowledgements confirming successful submission.
Acknowledgements and outbound replies sent through the WENSAZ administration panel are recorded as part of the application communication history.
Incoming email replies are currently handled separately and are not automatically incorporated into the Community application record.
As the WENSAZ Community platform develops, relevant enrolment records may be migrated into an appropriate Community or WOS URM module, subject to applicable privacy requirements and appropriate safeguards.
As networking functionality develops, members may receive additional controls over profile visibility, professional information, connections, participation preferences and communications.
Where future functionality materially changes the purposes for which information is processed or disclosed, WENSAZ will provide appropriate notice and obtain additional consent where required.
Community enrolment does not automatically authorise public disclosure of submitted personal information.
4. WENSAZ CRM and WOS integration
WENSAZ is developing the WENSAZ Organisation Operating System (WOS), a modular organisational operating platform whose first operational module will be WOS CRM.
WOS CRM is intended to support business enquiry management, customer relationships, communication history, lead assignment, follow-up activities, sales opportunities and related business operations.
Until WOS CRM is operational and its integrations are approved, existing authorised enquiry-delivery systems and email services may continue to process business enquiries.
Following implementation, relevant business enquiry and consultation information may be processed through WOS CRM, subject to appropriate security, access and organisational controls.
Community enrolment information will remain distinguishable from ordinary commercial sales leads.
Joining WENSAZ Community does not automatically classify an individual as a business sales prospect.
Future Community administration or integration with WOS will respect the relevant purposes, permissions and participation preferences.
Business enquiries and Community Join applications are currently maintained as separate categories within WENSAZ's interim enquiry-management system.
Community applications are managed for enrolment, participation and related communication purposes and are not automatically classified as commercial sales leads.
The interim system is intended to be replaced or integrated with WOS URM when the permanent platform becomes operational.
5. How information may be shared
WENSAZ does not sell personal information.
Information may be shared where reasonably necessary with:
- Authorised WENSAZ personnel responsible for business operations, communication, customer relationships and support.
- Website hosting, infrastructure, security and technical service providers.
- Authorised email-delivery and business enquiry-processing providers.
- Business systems and CRM service providers supporting legitimate WENSAZ operations.
- Google Analytics, where the visitor has provided the applicable analytics consent.
- Professional advisers where reasonably necessary.
- Competent authorities where disclosure is legally required.
Service providers may process information on behalf of WENSAZ under applicable contractual, security and privacy arrangements.
Certain technology providers may process information outside India. Such processing will be assessed and managed subject to applicable legal requirements.
Information submitted through WENSAZ Community enrolment will not automatically become publicly visible.
WENSAZ uses authorised cloud database, website infrastructure and transactional email service providers to securely receive, store, administer and communicate regarding business enquiries and Community applications.
Information is accessible to authorised WENSAZ personnel according to their operational responsibilities and applicable access controls.
6. Member-to-member visibility
When WENSAZ Community networking functionality becomes available, selected professional information may become visible to other members.
This may include name, professional role, organisation, profile image, professional interests, experience, expertise and areas of contribution.
Appropriate visibility controls will be introduced as the Community platform develops.
Sensitive contact information, private communications and non-public personal details will not automatically become visible to other members without appropriate authorisation or controls.
7. Communications
People who contact WENSAZ may receive responses and follow-up communications relating to their enquiry, consultation request or selected area of interest.
Community members may receive communications concerning enrolment, Community access, events, relevant opportunities, platform updates, participation and important service or policy information.
Where applicable, individuals will be able to manage non-essential promotional communications.
Permission to receive a response to an enquiry is separate from consent to optional analytics or unrelated marketing communications.
WENSAZ may progressively introduce authorised communication workflows through WOS CRM and other digital platforms, subject to applicable requirements and user preferences.
8. Data security
WENSAZ intends to maintain reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorised access, improper disclosure, alteration, misuse or loss.
These measures may include controlled access, authentication, secure transmission, restricted user permissions, system monitoring and appropriate operational procedures.
Access to personal information should be limited to authorised personnel and systems according to legitimate operational requirements.
No internet-based system or electronic storage method can guarantee absolute security.
WENSAZ will review its security arrangements as its website, CRM and Community platforms develop.
9. Data retention
WENSAZ may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, provide requested services, manage business relationships and Community participation, meet applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain security.
Different information categories may have different retention periods.
A. Privacy consent preferences
The website is configured to remember a visitor's analytics consent choice for up to 180 days, unless the choice is changed, withdrawn, expires or becomes invalid earlier.
B. Google Analytics information
Where analytics consent is provided, WENSAZ configures Google Analytics 4 to retain applicable event-level and user-level analytics data for 14 months under the relevant GA4 data-retention settings.
Automatic renewal of this retention period based on new user activity is disabled.
This retention period supports longer-term analysis of website engagement, marketing effectiveness and visitor behaviour, including annual comparisons.
The GA4 data-retention setting does not necessarily govern the lifetime of every analytics cookie, all aggregate reporting data or records subject to separate Google processing arrangements.
C. Marketing attribution information
Consent-based campaign attribution may be retained for the applicable browser-session period under the initial implementation, unless the visitor withdraws consent or the information is cleared earlier.
D. Business enquiries and Community records
Business enquiries, service communications, operational records and Community enrolment information may be retained according to relevant service, operational, legal and security requirements.
Where information is no longer reasonably required, WENSAZ will take appropriate measures to delete, anonymise or otherwise manage it in accordance with applicable obligations.
Community application records, current application status, acknowledgement records, outbound communication history and internal administrative notes may be retained for enrolment administration, communication, operational continuity and applicable legal requirements.
When the interim enquiry-management system is replaced by WOS URM, relevant records may be securely transferred, subject to appropriate access controls, privacy safeguards and data-retention requirements.
Information will not be retained longer than reasonably necessary for its applicable purposes, subject to any legal or legitimate operational retention requirements.
10. Your information and choices
Subject to applicable requirements, individuals may request access to, correction of or appropriate deletion of personal information associated with them.
They may also raise privacy concerns and exercise available consent and communication preferences.
Website analytics consent
Visitors may accept or reject optional website analytics through the WENSAZ privacy-consent interface.
Analytics remains disabled unless the visitor actively accepts it.
Rejecting analytics does not prevent visitors from browsing the website or submitting a business enquiry.
Visitors may change or withdraw their analytics consent at any time through the Privacy preferences control in the website footer.
Withdrawal prevents further consent-dependent analytics collection through the website. It does not automatically erase information previously collected or processed.
Requests regarding previously collected information may be submitted through the official WENSAZ privacy contact.
WENSAZ may undertake reasonable identity verification before responding to requests involving access to or alteration of personal information.
Certain information may need to be retained for legitimate operational, security or legal requirements, subject to applicable law.
11. Cookies and website technologies
The WENSAZ website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential operation, security, remembering privacy preferences and, where consent has been provided, website analytics.
A. Essential technologies
Essential technologies support necessary website operation, security and the retention of visitor privacy choices.
They are not dependent on the visitor accepting optional analytics.
B. Optional Google Analytics 4
With a visitor's permission, WENSAZ uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand website usage and evaluate the effectiveness of its digital services and marketing activities.
Subject to consent and applicable configuration, GA4 may measure:
- Website page views and navigation.
- Selected scrolling and engagement activity.
- Initial interaction with enquiry forms.
- Confirmed successful business enquiry submissions.
- Approved campaign-source and referral information.
- General website usage and technical information.
C. Consent and preference controls
Optional analytics is disabled by default.
Visitors may choose to Accept Analytics or Reject Analytics, or manage their choices through the Privacy preferences interface.
Rejecting analytics does not restrict access to normal website content or the ability to submit a business enquiry.
Privacy preferences can be reopened and modified through the website footer.
D. Protection of submitted information
WENSAZ intends to configure analytics to prevent submitted names, email addresses, telephone numbers, enquiry text and internal lead references from being transmitted to Google Analytics.
Selected redaction and technical safeguards are used to reduce the possibility of sensitive information appearing in analytics events.
Analytics data should not be regarded as fully anonymous merely because directly identifying form information is excluded.
E. Advertising features
For the initial implementation:
- Google Signals data collection is disabled.
- Google user-provided data collection is disabled.
- Google Analytics advertising personalisation is disabled.
- Advertising-related consent permissions remain denied.
If additional advertising measurement, enhanced conversions or personalisation features are introduced in future, WENSAZ will review the relevant privacy disclosures, technical controls and applicable consent requirements before activation.
Visitors may consult Google's published privacy documentation for further information about Google's processing practices.
12. External links
WENSAZ digital services may contain links to third-party websites, applications and professional profiles, including LinkedIn and other business platforms.
Independent third-party services operate according to their own terms and privacy practices.
WENSAZ is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites outside its control.
Visitors are encouraged to review the relevant policies when using external services.
13. Children
WENSAZ Community is intended primarily as a professional and business networking environment.
It is not designed as a professional networking service for children.
WENSAZ does not intentionally direct its Community enrolment process towards children.
Where participation involves individuals requiring additional legal protection or parental consent, the relevant requirements will be considered before enabling such participation.
14. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may evolve as the WENSAZ website, WOS CRM, Community platform, analytics functionality and other digital services develop.
Material changes to information-processing practices will be reflected in updated policy content, and additional notices or consent will be provided where required.
The effective date will be updated when a revised version is published.
Any change in the organisation legally responsible for WENSAZ's personal-data processing will be reflected in an updated Policy and related notices, as applicable.
The current version will remain available at:
