Community Guidelines

1. Participate with respect

Treat other members with dignity and professionalism.

Different experiences, industries, cultures and viewpoints are part of what makes a community valuable. Disagreement is welcome when expressed constructively. Harassment, intimidation, personal attacks, hate speech, discriminatory behaviour or abusive communication are not acceptable.

2. Be authentic

Represent yourself, your professional background and your organisation truthfully.

Do not impersonate another person or organisation, create intentionally misleading profiles, fabricate qualifications or misrepresent your professional or investment status.

3. Contribute value

WENSAZ Community is designed around meaningful participation.

Members are encouraged to share useful knowledge and experience, participate in relevant discussions, introduce constructive ideas, collaborate where genuine mutual value exists, support professional learning and help create meaningful opportunities for others.

Participation should add value rather than simply attract attention.

4. Keep promotion relevant

Professional introductions and business opportunities are part of the Community, but excessive promotion is not.

Do not use the Community primarily for unsolicited mass marketing, repetitive advertising, spam, bulk messaging, irrelevant sales pitches, misleading offers or aggressive solicitation.

Relevant opportunities may be shared where they genuinely fit the purpose and context of the Community.

5. Respect privacy and confidentiality

Do not publish, forward or distribute another member's private information without permission.

Information shared through private conversations, closed discussions, meetings or confidential business exchanges should remain confidential unless the people involved agree otherwise.

6. Protect intellectual property

Respect copyrights, trademarks, confidential information, business ideas and other intellectual property belonging to other members and organisations.

Only share content that you own, are authorised to share or are otherwise legally permitted to use.

Participation in WENSAZ Community does not automatically transfer ownership of ideas, content or intellectual property.

7. Approach opportunities responsibly

WENSAZ Community may help members discover partnerships, projects, professional collaborations, investment opportunities, founder-investor introductions, advisory relationships and other professional opportunities.

Members must conduct their own evaluation and due diligence before entering into an arrangement.

A listing, introduction, discussion or connection through WENSAZ Community should not be understood as a guarantee or endorsement by WENSAZ.

8. Investor and founder interactions

Investment-related conversations must be conducted responsibly and transparently.

Members should not make knowingly false or misleading claims regarding valuations, financial performance, projected returns, ownership, funding commitments, business performance or investment availability.

WENSAZ Community facilitates connections. Investment decisions remain with the parties involved.

9. Events and gatherings

Members attending WENSAZ Community events, roundtables, forums or other gatherings are expected to maintain the same standards of professional conduct that apply online.

Additional event-specific confidentiality or participation requirements may apply.

10. Keep the Community safe

Fraudulent activity, scams, unlawful activity, threats, harassment, malicious software, harmful links, improper attempts to obtain credentials or other conduct intended to cause harm are prohibited.

11. Report concerns

Members should be able to report behaviour or content that appears to violate these guidelines through the available reporting or WENSAZ contact mechanism.

12. Moderation and membership action

WENSAZ may review reported activity and take reasonable action where necessary.

Actions may include clarification requests, content removal, warnings, temporary restrictions, suspension or termination of Community membership.

13. Community membership

Joining WENSAZ Community does not automatically create an employment, partnership, agency, investment, advisory or contractual relationship with WENSAZ or another member.

Relationships between members remain subject to their own agreements.

14. The Community will evolve

WENSAZ Community is being developed as a broader professional networking ecosystem.

Features, participation models, member tools and these guidelines may evolve as the Community grows.

Material updates may be communicated through the website, future Community platform or registered contact details.
